Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Frozen Margaritas On Tap. By renting our Margarita machines, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Rental Period The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the agreed-upon return time. Late returns incur additional charges of $150 per day.

3. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Cash, Checks, Zelle & Credit/debit Cards. 3.5% will be added to the total price if paying by Credit Card.

4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 3 days before the rental date will receive full credit for future rental dates. Cancellations made within 3 days of the rental date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

5. Use of Equipment The renter agrees to use the equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Any damage to the equipment will be the responsibility of the renter.

6. Mix Concentrates: Please do not use any other than the mixes and recipes than what are provided to you from Frozen Margaritas On Tap without prior consent. Doing so could cause serious damage to the machine for which the renter will be held liable.

7. Stairs / Obstacles: Our frozen drink machines are very heavy! Please advise us upon ordering if there are any steps involved. We may need some assistance during delivery and pickup as the driver can only handle 1-2 steps on their own. We will not set up on second story unless there is an elevator or ramp. 

8. Power: Frozen Margaritas On Tap can not be held responsible for the lack of an appropriate power source. A dedicated 15 – 20 amp 110 v (normal outlet with nothing else on the circuit) is required for the machine to operate correctly. The power source MUST be within 50 feet of machine setup. The closer the machine is to the electrical outlet, the better the machine performs! 

9. Liability Margarita Momma is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the rented equipment.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida.

 

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Partial refunds are available for cancellations made 3 days before the rental date, with a 25% cancelation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the rental date.

2. Damage and Missing Items Equipment that is returned damaged or with missing parts will be charged the cost of repairs or replacements, it will be charged to the card on file.

3. Processing Time Partial refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation or return of the equipment.
