Its delivery day!
The only thing you will need to provide is the alcohol, tap water and a dedicated 15 amp outlet. Please refer to Mix Flavors page for each flavors alcohol requirements. I recommend tequila in the $20 to $25 per bottle range but if you want to spend more, that’s your personal preference. Make sure to get the “1.75 liter” size bottles, not the “750 milliliter” for the Gold margarita mix!
Please try to have alcohol on hand prior to your delivery so that I can mix your first batch and test the machine for you. Batch is good for 10 days after opening.
Pick up day!
*I will text you prior to my arrival to pick up the machines unless we discussed a specific time.
*If you have mix left in the machine its yours to keep if you want it. I recommend putting it in 1 or 2 gallon freezer bags so you can keep enjoying it way after the party ends!
*CAUTION, please do not attempt to clean, move or disassemble any part of the machine. No need to clean anything up, that’s my job. Also, do not move the machine as the cart may be unstable depending on the surface. You are financially responsible for any physical damage or loss of the machine.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Cash, Checks, Zelle & Credit/debit Cards. 3.5% will be added to the total price if paying by Credit Card.
1. What does Frozen Margaritas On Tap supply with your rental?
~ Commercial grade frozen drink machine
~ Instruction on machine operation and mix preparation
~ One 4 wheel cart that machine stays on and will be rolled into place.
~ One mix is included free with each rental, additional mixes will be left with you upon request and only charged to you if the mix has been opened. Each mix is $30
~ 5-gallon mixing jug, 2 jugs if you requested a second flavor.

2. Single or dual tank machine, which one should I get? Each machine can handle up to 100 people. Parties under 100 people can use one machine unless multiple flavors are requested. It is not recommended to switch flavors during the party as the refreeze time between batches would be prohibitive.

100-200 Guests – Grande Package
Larger Party or Corporate? Call for pricing and availability
3. How many drinks will one mix make?
Margarita and Strawberry make 5 gallon batches or about 85 9-oz. drinks, good for about 25-30 guests. all other flavors make about 4 gallon batches, it will serve about 55-60 9 oz drinks. Consult the flavor and mix guide for details.
4. Can I just pick up the machine rather than have it delivered?
Frozen Margaritas On Tap does not allow the pickup of our frozen drink machine for your rental. A lot of work and pride go into maintaining our machines so they look good and are clean inside and out. We will deliver and set up the margarita machine to give you a trouble-free experience and to make sure the next customer has a problem free experience.
5. What type of electrical requirements are needed?
The margarita machine requires a dedicated15-amp dedicated 110 v circuit. The margarita machine needs to be placed near an electrical outlet – No more than 50 feet. However, the closer the better. We will provide a heavy duty extension cord if needed. The machine CAN NOT be placed on an electrical outlet that has other high power consuming equipment on it like refrigerators or freezers.
6. Do you supply the alcohol, or do I need to buy it?
Frozen Margaritas On Tap does not supply any liquor or alcoholic beverages. Our mixes are concentrates that contain no liquor or alcohol. All you need to provide is the alcohol (if desired), the power and the water. We have found that a clear colored tequila or rum tastes best with our mixes.
7. How long will it take for the mix to freeze?
These are very fast freezing machines. Depending on the temperature, these margarita machines freeze in about 30-45 minutes. Outdoor use in extreme heat without shade, could seriously limit the drink production.
8. Do your machines make nonalcoholic drinks or slushies?
Yes! You can serve any of our mixes with or without alcohol, just substitute the alcohol with water. The frozen slushies are always a big hit at children’s parties. If you have a special mix request, just let us know.
9. How far in advance should we book the machine?
It’s best to book your rental as far in advance as your able. We stay busy with Birthday parties, Retirement parties, Graduation parties, Weddings, Holidays and Special Events. Please don’t wait till the last minute and possibly be left out.
10. When will the machine be delivered and picked up?
We will call you a few days before your reservation and give you a one-hour time window for your delivery time. We want to make sure we allow time for the machine to be set up and frozen by your scheduled party time. We’ll always be there to deliver at least 1 hour prior to your event start but it can be up to 8 hours before. This depends on how busy we are and the most efficient route for the driver. We will pick the machine up and arrange a pick- up time with you upon delivery.
11. PREPARE MIX & FILL:
Upon delivery, I will be happy to mix up your first batch provided you have the alcohol on hand. Once opened, the mix is good for up to 10 days!
